Located on a quiet narrow street in St. Gervasi without any flashy outdoor signage, it’s all too easy to pass over Restaurante Fastuc without a second glance. Now by “creative cuisine”, I don’t mean that you’ll be assaulted with unfamiliar ingredients or left mystified by what on earth is on your plate. The food clearly derives from traditional Italian and Mediterranean dishes, but with clever twists and turns that feel playful while taking the dish to another level.

The dining room is elegant and comfortably stylish without any stuffy air of pretension. It is on the smaller side and there are only a handful of tables so be sure to call in advance.
